Property Owners, Business Policies or Commercial policy claims

Please contact us in the first instance to discuss and we will provide you with the relevant contact phone number or forward the appropriate claim form to you, if required. Claims contact details can also be found in your policy wording and on some insurers policy schedules.

Motor, Household,Travel,Breakdown claims

If you need to report a new claim or incident, you should contact either BD Elite Claims Management for Motor and Household claims, or your insurance company direct, as soon as possible using the contact details below.

If you are unsure of your insurance companies name and policy number please refer to your insurance certificate or schedule for clarification or contact us by telephone during office hours.
